Our clerical team are there to manage your appointment dealing with every aspect along the way, to ensure you receive treatment as soon as possible. We keep in regular contact with your GP, sending necessary updates, arrange consultations, book scans, tests and treatment, or arrange surgery where needed.
Approved by all medical insurance providers, we are happy to work with them on behalf of you should your care be through insurance.

Introducing the Just Knees team
Mr Andy Cossey, Consultant Orthopaedic Knee Surgeon
Originally from Nuneaton, Warwickshire Andy trained at Kings College, London but has been based on the south coast for over 15 years. Having worked in Adelaide, Australia for one year as a sports injury knee fellow, Andy became a consultant at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth in 2005, specialising purely in knees. Although a keen sportsman and football player, Andy’s occupation and family now take priority. Although he still maintains a keen interest in sport spending time running and trying to keep fit. Married with two young girls, Andy enjoys spending time with his family on the Isle of Wight at their “bolt hole”.
Dr Anu Bali, Consultant Anaesthetist
Born and educated in South Wales, Anu studied medicine at the University of Wales, College of Medicine, Cardiff, where she completed her first year as a junior doctor before leaving for Hampshire. Continuing her training in Southampton and Portsmouth, Anu practiced initially in General Medicine and Intensive Care before finding her place as an Anaesthetist. During her anaesthetic training, Anu worked in Adelaide, South Australia for a year before returning Hampshire. Since becoming a Consultant Anaesthetist in 2007 with Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, Anu continues to work for the NHS and enjoys working with Andy at Spire hospitals.
Kirsty Roberts, Medical Secretary
Born in Portsmouth Kirsty has lived and worked locally for most of her life, working as a medical secretary both in the NHS and the private sector for over 18 years collectively. Kirsty finds supporting and following a patient’s journey from initial diagnosis, to a positive end result both interesting and rewarding. Kirsty’s experiences within administrative medical care have given her an understanding and empathetic approach. Happy to listen and always willing to help with any concerns, however small, Kirsty takes pride in ensuring you receive the best possible care.
Kirsty lives with her husband and two boys who between them take up most of her time with various sporting activities. When they do get time to themselves, she enjoys walking and cycling in the countryside; frequent trips to the West Country for which she has a particular passion and, spending time with friends and family. Kirsty embraces the village life where she and her family live, enjoying time with friends and getting involved in village club activities and community life.
